Secret Mission - Under Chair

Calling Agent 0101, Siti Aisyah ... she has been entrusted with a mission to find the missing gem. Here is she on her quest to complete her mission ... from her investigations, she found that the missing gem is near the bookcase ... so she heads for it.

She turned behind to see if anyone saw her or was following her. Nope ... she proceeds. 'Coast is clear.' She repeats 'Coast is clear.'
There she is ... victorious in her quest. Apparent the missing gem is actually her cousin's legs ... she was hiding behind all the furniture and Siti Aisyah went on a quest to find her.

Good job, Agent 0101 Siti Aisyah. She did it again ... over and out.

Terror, terror, little Aisyah

She is such an adorable little girl that everyone is simply smitten with her. Just look at her ... sigh. Just looking at her, somehow my heart is soothed ...

But don't be easily swayed ... she is a little terror. Simply chases her brother around (in her walker) to snatch the crackers her brother was eating. Yes, she did ... she was arguing and shrieking and chasing for the crackers, driving poor big brother Ashraf to the balcony, a solace from little terror!!! Poor big brother Ashraf kept request or asking his sister to go away ... but did she? Nope ... she just stared her brother. Hmm ... isn't this sibling love???

Tetapi sebelum itu ... nak tidurkan mereka ... kus semangat ... susah. Lebih-lebih si kecil molek Aisyah ... semua dicuba sehingga Aisyah dimasukkan buai.

Selalunya Ashraf yang didalam buai ... didodoi hingga tidur. Nampaknya bertukar tempat dengan adiknya ...

Ashraf getting ready for school

Alhamdullilah ... I have just registered Ashraf for his first playschool for the year 2007. We enrolled him in Hanis Learning Centre at Telok Kurau, nearby Ubi. The thing abt the school which i like is that they have montessori for both English and Arabic as well. They will be covering the practical aspect of sholat too. Alhamdullilah ...

Just can't wait for him to start next year. He will be having his orientation in November. Will post pictures of him in his uniform and all. Watch out for this site ...

More pictures

By popular requests and many inquiries ... here are the pictures of our beloved kids ... here they are ... early in the morning, right before i left for school ... the two siblings rolled around on the mattress and arranging themselves neatly side by side. Not to mention, their eyes twinkling in delight ... one very important picture.
Aisyah by now has been introduced to semi-solid food and Alhamdullilah, she revered them! Seriously ... she would screamed out when we were late in giving her food. And I do mean scream ...
Ashraf has taken to writing and scribbling on paper. Whenever he saw anyone of us writing or doing work, he would also want to follow. So point of advise, please have extra paper and pens ready when you want to do work when Ashraf is around. Just to keep him occupied with others rather than your work.

June Holidays ...

School is out and holidays are here! But somehow the word holidays doesn't really mean holiday. Work still goes on ... only BIG difference, no classes or lessons to do.

So what happened since the holidays started ... one by one in the family fell ill. Starting the pack is Aliyah whom we had to rush to A&E as all the clinics were closed. Then Yuyun and Ashraf fell ill ... followed by Nazzer and finally myself and Mak. Surprisingly ... i only fell ill when we were in KL. Bummer! Spent the whole day in the hotel, recupperating. No shopping till 3 hours before departure. Otherwise ... it was a pleasant trip, meeting up with relatives.

But throughout the trip Ashraf threw some of the worst tantrums we can find. MasyaÁllah ... he did not recovered during the trip so he was seriously cranky. Aisyah on the other hand was so pleasant and throughly enjoyed her trip. But one thing i am glad ... we managed to go on short trips. Now I am more adventurous to cover more places. Now looking for a suitable time to return to Malacca ... and longer period too as well.

Marching Parade style

Aiks ... what is Ashraf doing looking up at his cousins like that ...

And not only once ... but many times as well. Hmm ... looks like a scene from the marching parade where the VIP will inspect the cadets and troops.
Turned out he is 'inspecting' his cousins during Maghrib prayers this evening. Even to the point of showing them how it should be done. Here he is, showing how to sujud ...
Slowly and steady ... make sure must be able to balance your weight before placing your forehead on the prayer mat. Focus ... focus ...
Wah ... is this the making of an Ustaz Ashraf amongst us? What do you think?

And suddenly not so smiling at all ... but look at Ashraf ... hmm ...
Turned out that Ashraf has just given Aisyah a brotherly hug ...
not only once but ... but twice. To the point of making Aisyah exasperated below ...
But in all ... we are thankful for the lovely two children we are given ... no doubt it wasn't an easy task to take care of them, they have given us more reason to smile and chuckle to ourselves.
